For adult siblings, parents and adult children, and growing families...

A joyful family gathering outdoors during golden hour, centered on a pregnant woman.

Are old wounds with a parent or sibling still affecting your relationship today? Want to create a home that feels different from the one you grew up in? Navigating divorce, blending families, or raising children with different needs and temperaments?

You want your family to feel like a place where you can breathe, belong, and be yourself.

But old hurts, strained conversations, and changing roles can make connection difficult. A conversation with your parent or sibling leaves you feeling like a child again. Setting a boundary brings guilt or another argument. Or you’re raising your own children and noticing familiar patterns you hoped you would never repeat.

Maybe divorce, loss, or blending families has changed life at home, and you’re trying to find your footing together. You can love your family and still need help with how you relate to one another.

Make room for a different way forward.

I help families understand the patterns keeping them stuck, address painful experiences, and practice healthier ways of connecting. Our work may focus on:

  • Adult siblings: Working through longstanding tension, different family experiences, and changing responsibilities.

  • Parents and adult children: Navigating boundaries, independence, unmet expectations, and old wounds.

  • Parents raising young families: Strengthening parenting teamwork, balancing discipline and connection, and responding to children’s individual needs, including neurodivergence.

  • Families after divorce: Building more constructive co-parenting communication and supporting children through change.

  • Blended families: Finding your way through new roles, relationships, expectations, and routines.

  • Families carrying grief: Making room for different ways of grieving while finding ways to live and grow alongside loss.

Parents can attend without their children for support with parenting and family dynamics. Children may participate when appropriate to help us understand their needs and practice changes together. We’ll discuss who should attend based on your family’s goals.

Together, we’ll work toward clearer boundaries, more understanding, and relationships with greater room for connection.

Helping our homes become the safe spaces they were meant to be.
